Our return policy

  • Flokati and Designer rugs will gladly accept any return within 14 days. (After you receive your order)
  • All purchases are guaranteed 100% for quality and workmanship.
  • There are NO STOCKING FEE'S for returning a rug or pillow- unless it is a custom order.
  • Please call Customer Service at 1-800-844-5345 before you return your rug/pillow to insure proper credit.

    • ** A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to any custom order that is returned. Custom orders are orders that are not stock sizes or colors and must be custom ordered from our factory.
